As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will impact future success by supporting Solution Sales for Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX.
You will guide revenue for one of our products with support from Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.
This is a hands-on technical consultant who can provide deep insights into solution delivery and positioning.
What you get to do:
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert.
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges and demonstrate solutions.
- Answer product feature and technical questions for customers, partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
- Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with other consultants.
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events (briefings, conferences, etc.).
To be successful:
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software expertise.
- Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Territory management skills (pipeline building, guiding execution).
- Travel as necessary.
