As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you'll support State and Local Solution Sales.
Impact: Guide revenue for a product, working with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.
Role: Hands-on technical consultant for solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product sales as a technical expert for a client-facing sales team.
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges and provide product demonstrations.
- Answer product feature and technical questions from customers and partners.
- Provide feedback to product management for product enhancements.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with other consultants.
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events (briefings, conferences, etc.).
Requirements:
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Experience selling to State and Local government entities.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software.
- Strong collaboration skills with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Territory management skills (pipeline building, Sales execution).
- Travel as needed.
Compensation: $126,375 - $208,425 base pay, plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
