Job Details
As a member of our Solution Consulting team, support State and Local Solution Sales.
Guide revenue for one of our products, partnering with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.
A hands-on technical consultant, go deep and wide in solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
Support product sales as a technical expert, client-facing.
Lead discovery workshops, demonstrate products to align with customer needs.
Answer customer, partner, and ServiceNow colleague product/technical questions.
Provide feedback to product management for product enhancements.
Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants.
Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
Support marketing events (executive briefings, conferences, user groups, trade shows).
Qualifications
- 7+ years pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Public Sector sales experience
- ServiceNow platform proficiency or cloud software solutions expertise
- Collaboration with product management, product marketing, partners, professional services
- Territory management skills, pipeline building, and execution excellence with Sales counterpart
- Travel, as necessary
