As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you'll significantly impact our future success by supporting State and Local Solution Sales.
You'll guide revenue for one of our products with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.
This hands-on technical consultant will go deep and wide on solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for the client-facing sales team.
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges and demonstrate our solution to align it with customer needs.
- Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
- Provide feedback to product management for product enhancements to address customer needs and add value.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to improve team quality and efficiency.
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events (executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows).
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Public Sector Solution sales experience (preferred).
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterparts to ensure execution excellence.
