Job Details
Accountable for maximizing sales in the defined territory. In charge of key account management and develop, implement and adjust required account plans to reach sales targets, based on customer insights. Develop and manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement required plans to secure sales targets
- Acquire knowledge of the marketplace. Gather and interpret relevant data and insights.
- Establish, control and monitor customer engagement plans
- Identify and assess market opportunities and decide on tactics
- Share and communicate market knowledge and customer insights internally
- Execute the account/brand plan and continuously revise the plan
- Analyze and follow-up on sales and activities
- Customer contact for our brands
- Initiate and execute customer activities
- Identify and interact with Key Opinion Leaders
- Share best practice initiatives
Principal Interfaces/Relationships:
- The local BU team
- Cross functional team based in Stockholm and local affiliate management and staff
- Clinical and private practice-based treaters, nurses, supporting medical specialists
- Opinion leaders and decision makers including patient organizations
