Change Manager - Technical Implementation
W2 Hourly Position - Open to 1099.
Guide client through transformations to accelerate their goals.
Apply change management models, methodologies, processes, and tools to drive adoption of changes, meeting client needs.
Support change initiatives from idea to execution, working alongside product, design, and delivery teams.
Understand the digital landscape and product delivery.
Empathetic, communicative, and collaborative; deep understanding of the digital ecosystem.
Successful in driving change and project results despite fluctuating requirements.
Motivated and results-oriented, meeting deadlines, promises, and delivering results.
Recommend and implement project/process improvements for clients.
Team
Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team, using design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve client challenges.
Work with architects, managers, and engineering consultants.
Experience
- 5-10 years in change management or similar role, applying methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Extensive experience leading change management initiatives for technical products/tools.
- 2+ years management consulting experience, preferably at a large firm.
- Collaborate and influence technical teams (product owners, developers).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting EOCs/first responders.
- Experience in the utilities industry.
- Prosci Change Practitioner certification or comparable credential.
Compensation
Competitive hourly compensation: $66 - $89. Final rate based on experience.
Performance-based bonuses and incentives available.
