Job Details

You will produce new business with AT&T. You will oversee executive relationship management and lead virtual teams.

What you get to do in this role:
  • Provide strategic leadership to clients
  • Be the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow
  • Work with solution teams to develop ServiceNow solutions
  • Manage all Executive relationships between ServiceNow and clients
  • Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts
  • Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships
  • Develop a clear roadmap and build capabilities
  • Achieve financial targets including Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services
To be successful in this role you have:
  • 7+ years of experience in client management
  • 2+ years of experience as a Client Director
  • Sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service and IT Operations Management
  • Experience achieving sales targets
  • Experience leading virtual teams
  • Ability to understand broad business IT needs
  • Experience in leveraging or thinking about how to integrate AI
  • Travel up to 50%
