You will produce new business with AT&T. You will oversee executive relationship management and lead virtual teams.

- Provide strategic leadership to clients
- Be the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow
- Work with solution teams to develop ServiceNow solutions
- Manage all Executive relationships between ServiceNow and clients
- Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts
- Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships
- Develop a clear roadmap and build capabilities
- Achieve financial targets including Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services
- 7+ years of experience in client management
- 2+ years of experience as a Client Director
- Sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service and IT Operations Management
- Experience achieving sales targets
- Experience leading virtual teams
- Ability to understand broad business IT needs
- Experience in leveraging or thinking about how to integrate AI
- Travel up to 50%
