Why we’re looking for youOwner.com is growing quickly, and we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. You will manage a portfolio of 120+ customers across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
What We Look ForWe seek candidates with a proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with Customer Success tools like Salesforce, Sales Loft, TalkDesk, Gong, Loom, and Metabase.
Minimum requirements2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management. Proven success in account management or full-cycle sales.

Pay and benefitsEstimated base salary: $80,000 - 90,000 USD plus a generous pre-IPO equity package.
