As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive post-sale customer health through proactive account management, product adoption, identifying upsell opportunities, de-escalating issues, and reducing churn. You'll build trust-based relationships that foster engagement, retention, and growth.

Manager, Customer Success
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the customer journey for 1-to-many book of business.
- Drive customer lifetime value (LTV), net dollar retention (NDR), and satisfaction (NPS).
- Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive account management.
- Identify and recommend upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and provide strategic insights to leadership.
- Mitigate churn by addressing risks and resolving challenges.
- Contribute to a customer-centric culture.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success Management.
- Experience managing a high-volume, one-to-many customer portfolio.
- Experience supporting and growing SMB customers.
- Skilled in relationship management and conflict resolution.
- Strong empathy, active listening, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel within the US and Canada (approximately 10% annually).
- Fluency in verbal and written communication in Spanish.

- Base Salary ($70,000 - $78,000) + Variable Compensation (20%)
