Job Details
- Strategic influence and development of existing business to increase value and sales.
- Comprehensive advice to customers regarding first-time use or optimization of cloud usage.
- Active participation in the respective vertical squad of the Open Telekom Cloud.
- Avoiding churn through proactive analysis and management of OTC customers.
- Supporting the optimization and further development of customer success management.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Transferring customer requirements to the OTC impediment and demand process.
- Supporting the further development of cloud handling support.
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable training.
- Top knowledge in cloud, IT architecture, technology strategy, sales, and business development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of market-relevant cloud ecosystems and experience with partners.
- Strong knowledge in cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and offerings of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google, Rackspace.
- Experience in cloud platforms/hybrid cloud solutions.
- High resilience and adaptability.
- Fluent German and English.
