Full-Time Digital Marketing Specialist

BryceTech is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to collaborate with the Air Force Research Laboratory's Department of the Air Force. The role involves multimedia content creation and maintenance, working directly with the Air Force Small Business and Innovation Research Program Management Office (PMO).

Responsibilities Include:

1. Develop engaging digital marketing strategies to promote organizational goals and initiatives.
2. Implement and manage high-quality content (digital media, videos, graphics) across various platforms.
3. Use data-driven insights to optimize content and marketing strategies for performance.
4. Collaborate for critical insights to inform effective communication products.
5. Incorporate current market trends into digital marketing and communication strategies.
6. Ensure content aligns with organizational goals and brand guidelines for consistent messaging.
7. Create and implement social media strategies across different platforms.
8. Improve communication products to achieve target audience engagement.

Qualifications:

• Degree/certificate in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a military/government context.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and tactics.
• Experience utilizing search engines.
• Basic web development and user experience knowledge.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and communications tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management.
• Collaborative and proactive nature with strong critical thinking skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Secret clearance required.
