As the Director, Revenue Enablement on the Revenue Operations team, this role is for a strategic leader passionate about building scalable and high-impact programs in a high-growth SaaS company.
Reporting into the Chief of Staff, Revenue, you will be responsible for leading the revenue enablement team focusing on creating, operationalizing, and driving programs that directly impact the effectiveness of onboarding and continued education across the entire revenue organization.
- Set the strategy for the onboarding and training of the revenue teams.
- Oversee role-based training, sales skills training, and product training: You will lead the delivery of training programs tailored to different roles within the revenue team to drive revenue growth.
- Enhance and execute on training curriculum that ranges from onboarding programs to continuous education.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other functional leaders (including but not limited to sales, customer success, marketing, product, and operations teams) to identify and prioritize enablement needs.
- Develop team playbooks and executing enablement strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead the Revenue Enablement team to build effective revenue enablement programs that support the revenue organization across functions (BDR, AE, AM, CS).
- Identify gaps and opportunities within content, processes, and programs to ensure successful scaling across the organization.
- Align with Revenue and Product leadership to identify gaps and prioritize work on key initiatives.
- Deeply understand the Loopio customer journey and ensure enablement deliverables that align with the journey.
- Increase velocity, win rates, deal size, and the overall productivity of the revenue teams.
