We are seeking an Enterprise Acquisition Account Executive to drive sales growth through targeted acquisition efforts across various industry segments.
This is a 'land and expand' role focusing on enterprise-grade organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee 0-2 existing customer accounts, nurturing relationships and expanding partnerships.
- Engage with 35-40 potential customers, introducing Dynatrace offerings.
- Convert prospects, maintain accounts, and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Receive mentorship from award-winning leadership.
- Collaborate with high-performing sales professionals, SDRs, and partners.
- Execute territory plans to maximize revenue potential.
- Provide collaborative pre-defined SE support based on region.
- Drive new logo customers, focusing on landing and expanding Dynatrace usage.
- Consult with VP and C-level executives to develop effective enterprise strategies.
- Generate velocity by establishing Dynatrace in new markets.
- Develop contact networks within named accounts and channel partners for broader Dynatrace sales.
- Work with Dynatrace functional areas to develop solution strategies and ensure customer implementation success.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in closing enterprise software sales
Preferred Requirements:
- Successful track record in Enterprise software sales
- Experience managing sales cycles in complex organizations
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build a diverse territory plan and leverage a sales ecosystem
- Proven experience acquiring new business
- Ability to thrive in high-velocity situations
- Strong self-starter and high performance against quota
- Experience building and executing business plans/sales plays
- Internal collaboration and co-selling skills
- Familiarity with observability and modern application market
