About the Role: Confluence is seeking a sales professional with 10+ years of experience in prospecting, developing, and closing new SaaS-based solution sales across performance, attribution, and risk segments of the financial services industry. You will leverage solution selling to demonstrate Confluence's value and help clients achieve better outcomes.
- Leverage Expertise: Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of Confluence's analytics solutions and services.
- Drive Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing within your assigned territory.
- Meet Goals: Exceed annual sales targets.
- Network Effectively: Utilize your industry network through in-person visits, online meetings, and industry conferences.
- Utilize Salesforce: Proficiently use Salesforce to capture insights, manage your pipeline and forecast accurately.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: Essential.
- 10+ Years of SaaS Sales Experience: Prospecting, developing, and closing sales across performance, attribution, and risk segments within financial services.
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Relationship Building: Network and build relationships with senior decision-makers in leading financial institutions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and virtual presentation skills.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and position Confluence solutions accordingly.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Salesforce Experience: Preferred.
- LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc. Experience: Familiarity with tools to build prospect and client relationships.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong proficiency with core Microsoft Office software.
