Human Interest is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support the fast-growing sales team. This role is responsible for assisting sales representatives with post-sales tasks and customer interactions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and experience in customer service or inside sales.
Responsibilities:
- Upselling customers on essentials.
- Sending new order forms, amendments, or broker on record forms.
- Managing DocuSign agreements (calling and emailing).
- Monitoring systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) for relevant information.
- Processing ad hoc projects such as payroll migration and data-sharing agreements.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or billing.
- Proven experience as a Sales Support Specialist or in a customer-facing role.
- Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written).
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Salesforce, Zoom.
