Position Summary:We are seeking a senior sales executive to join the dynamic sales team. This individual will focus on selling healthcare products to C-suite executives in hospitals and healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for targeted hospital accounts.
- Leverage relationships within hospital systems to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Position solutions addressing financial, operational, and regulatory challenges (e.g., HR133 compliance).
- Build and nurture relationships with hospital executives (CFOs, COOs, CIOs).
- Utilize hospital financial knowledge to demonstrate solution value.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Lead contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Provide sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software sales experience in healthcare, proven track record selling to hospital C-suite executives.
- Strong understanding of hospital financials (budgeting, revenue cycles, reimbursement).
- Matrix selling expertise, navigating complex decision-making in large organizations.
- Robust network within hospital systems, building rapport quickly.
- Consultative sales skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant healthcare certifications are a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
