Reporting to the Head of Growth Strategy, the Global Strategic Customer Engagements (Elevate) Senior Associate joins a team focused on driving global strategies that support ServiceNow's long-term growth and profitability through large, strategic transactions. This role offers a supportive and fast-paced environment for career advancement in the technology industry, leading to functional roles in GTM.
Responsibilities:
- Support design and execution of strategic projects to accelerate strategic deal execution.
- Work cross-functionally (Deal Desk, Finance, Operations, Customer Success, Product, Pricing) to develop business cases.
- Synthesize inputs, analyze data, develop narratives, and support senior leadership decision-making.
- Manage program/project progression using best practices.
- Create compelling business narratives and content for large deals.
- Manage project timelines, actions, and next steps for high-priority deals.
- Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders and facilitate meetings.
- Provide support to GTM teams in strategic accounts.
- Drive big deal thinking and best practice sharing.
