Dataiku is looking for a Manager, Customer Success to lead a team focused on accelerating business value for customers. Reporting to a Regional Director, this leader plays a key role in our regional growth strategy.
- Recruit, coach, and inspire a diverse, high-performing team.
- Contribute to a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
- Manage business and team to leading indicators and high-impact activities, leveraging data to prioritize.
- Accurately forecast risk, retention, and expansion trajectories.
- Passion for and experience in hiring, developing and managing a team.
- A proven track record and experience with fast-growing teams.
- A strong desire to embrace partnership and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree combined with 1-2 years of management or team lead experience.
- Strong knowledge of data science project lifecycle.
