Full-Time Market Growth Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales executive to lead efforts in acquiring new contracts and driving penetration within Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) and Single-Family Home (SFH) communities.

Responsibilities:

• New Contract Acquisition: Identify and pursue new opportunities for securing contracts.
• Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with contracted communities.
• Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales plans to meet quotas.
• In-Field Sales: Conduct field visits to potential and existing communities.
• Customer Onboarding & Support: Ensure seamless onboarding and address customer inquiries.
• Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Track sales activities and progress using a CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications, real estate, or utilities.
• Proven record of acquiring new business and driving sales growth.
• Experience with property managers, HOAs, or developers.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Flexibility to travel.
