Job Details

The Principal Customer Success Executive leads post-sales activities within valuable accounts, driving ServiceNow’s long-term value by accelerating customer success and ensuring renewals.
  • Drive Post-Sales Success: Own post-sales transformation, aligning ServiceNow offerings with customer goals.
  • Collaborate Strategically: Partner with Account Executives to execute integrated strategies.
  • Mitigate Risks and Drive Value: Identify risks and develop strategies for value realization.
  • Focus on KPIs: Guide the Customer Success team to meet KPIs (adoption, technical health, renewals).
  • Foster Strategic Alignment: Build relationships with leaders and incorporate customer feedback.
  • Advocate for Innovation: Drive innovative solutions for customers.
  • Set Success Metrics: Establish measurable success metrics and review progress.
Ideal candidates will have experience leading large-scale digital business transformations and advising C-level executives.
To be successful:
  • Experience with integrating AI into work processes.
  • Educational Background: BA/BS required, Master’s preferred.
  • Experience: 12+ years in consulting or leadership roles focused on technology-enabled business transformations.
  • Leadership Expertise: Success in running strategic accounts and leading high-performing teams.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in solving business problems and aligning solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to drive alignment in matrixed environments.
  • C-Level Relationships: Experience building relationships with C-level leaders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in changing environments.
  • Execution Focus: Ability to create repeatable processes for scalable execution.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communicator and influencer.
  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs.
