The Principal Customer Success Executive drives ServiceNow’s long-term value by accelerating customers’ journey to success. As a trusted advisor, you’ll partner with C-level executives and guide seamless delivery of business transformation.
What You Get to Do:
- Drive Post-Sales Success: Own the customer’s post-sales transformation.
- Collaborate Strategically: Partner with Account Executives.
- Mitigate Risks and Drive Value: Proactively identify potential risks to success.
- Focus on KPIs: Guide the Customer Success team to meet KPIs.
- Foster Strategic Alignment: Build relationships with ServiceNow leaders.
- Advocate for Innovation: Drive innovative solutions for our customers.
- Set Success Metrics: Establish clear, measurable success metrics.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: BA/BS required, Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 12+ years in management consulting or leadership roles focused on technology-enabled business transformations.
- Leadership Expertise: Success in running large-scale, strategic accounts.
- Business Acumen: Strong experience in solving complex business problems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: History of driving alignment in large, matrixed environments.
- C-Level Relationships: Experience building relationships with C-level business leaders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in rapidly changing environments.
- Execution Focus: Ability to create repeatable processes for scalable execution.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communicator and influencer.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs.
