At ServiceNow, we transform how our customers work. As a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) for CPQ solutions, you'll ensure customers realize their full value. This role blends strategic advisory, technical depth, and relationship management.
Why This Role Matters: You will own the post-sale success of a portfolio of CPQ customers, acting as a trusted advisor to executives and technical stakeholders, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, AI enablement, and expansion.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Customer Relationship: Serve as the strategic technical advisor for assigned CPQ accounts.
- Guide Customer Onboarding: Provide program-level guidance during onboarding.
- Advise Through Implementations: Support customers during deployments.
- Drive Technical Success: Deliver technical expertise across APIs, data flows, and integrations.
- Enable Customers with AI: Advise customers on leveraging AI and automation capabilities.
- Ensure Adoption & ROI: Track usage and identify opportunities for feature expansion.
- Identify & Mitigate Risks: Proactively advise on mitigation strategies.
- Partner with Product & R&D: Advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap priorities.
- Enable & Educate: Develop best practice frameworks and technical guides.
Who You Are:
- A consultative advisor who can influence executives and engage with technical teams.
- Skilled in APIs, integrations, middleware, and AI/automation technologies.
- Experienced in customer onboarding and adoption strategies.
- A relationship builder who translates technical complexity into business value.
Experience:
- 12+ years in technical customer success or solution advisory roles with enterprise SaaS products (CPQ, CRM, eCommerce preferred).
- Proven ability to influence executive sponsors and technical stakeholders.
- Technical expertise with APIs, integrations, SaaS architectures, and AI/automation capabilities.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale SaaS implementations.
- Ability to learn and consult on ServiceNow CPQ architecture and AI enablement.
