Full-Time Product Marketing Director

Jitterbit seeks a highly motivated, analytical product marketer to lead go-to-market efforts. You will be the expert on buyers, understanding their buying criteria and how they choose solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product, sales, services, marketing, and executive teams.
• Develop compelling messaging and positioning.
• Create high-quality content (blog posts, white papers, webinars, videos).
• Empower the sales team on Jitterbit’s value proposition.
• Identify and document value drivers.
• Analyze the competitive landscape using Crayon.
• Drive new product introductions and launch activities.
• Collaborate with demand generation to translate strategies into measurable revenue.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years software product marketing experience, at least 4 in cloud B2B.
• Prior iPaaS and/or low-code experience preferred.
• Proven ability to create and execute data-driven GTM plans.
• Excellent communication skills (written, oral, presentations, webinars).
• Strong business judgment with analytical skills.
• Creative marketing instincts and execution ability.
• Self-starter in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Academic background in science/engineering or MBA a plus.
