What You’ll Do
- Lead & Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, and mentor regional sales reps to exceed targets.

- Analyze & Optimize: Stay ahead of industry trends, track performance, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales leadership with 5+ years managing regional teams, preferably in hardscape, construction, or building materials.
- Strong industry knowledge and network within the hardscape or building materials market.
- Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Inspiring leader with excellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally to support your team and customers.
