As a Responsible Gaming Specialist for ALH, you will play a critical role in supporting our responsible gaming program by assisting with our operational frameworks underpinned by accurate reporting, engaging training and support to our venue teams.
You will also play an important role for interpreting data relating to safer gaming from our monitoring system FOCAL ALeRT BETTOR system and incident reporting to extrapolate insights.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with ALH Operations, Endeavour Group Legal, ALH Responsible Gaming & Financial Crime teams to understand responsible gaming program data & reporting requirements
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards and presentations for ALH Operations to communicate and track use and outcomes
- Collaborate with and provide direct coaching to ALH frontline teams on responsible gaming reporting and actions (including training and support on key tools and systems)
- Track and report on progress / outcomes from responsible gaming interactions with guests
- Analyse and interpret data & outcomes to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement within the responsible gaming program
- Prepare regular responsible gaming reporting for use by Boards, Senior and Executive Leadership Teams and other stakeholders from time to time.
- Participate in evolving responsible gaming practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organisation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Relevant experience in similar roles (minimum 3 years)
- Experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with operational stakeholders
- Understanding of responsible gaming practices is paramount
- Previous experience working in gaming, hospitality or casino environments is advantageous
