Syndigo Retail Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of major retail and distributor implementations, as well as supporting ongoing programs, projects, and technical operations. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, they take ownership of planning and delivering on program objectives.
Leads program management efforts across all Syndigo products, overseeing requirements gathering, scope definition, scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, resource allocation, communication, and risk management.
Provides technical support to onsite users, assisting with workflows, feed failure resolution, and related troubleshooting.
Accountable for delivering key performance reports, offering clients meaningful insights into both systemic operations and human processes. Proactively identifies issues, formulates hypotheses, conducts analyses, and translates data into actionable insights.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including Account Executives, to develop and present quarterly business reviews, highlight areas for improvement, and uncover opportunities to grow and strengthen client partnerships.
- Retailer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
- Content and Data Coordination: Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of supplier product data to retailers.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key metrics to assess retailer relationships and content performance.
- Problem-Solving and Escalation Management: Address and resolve conflicts and challenges in delivering product data.
- Strategic Collaboration: Align with Syndigo’s retail operations team on priorities and retailer-specific strategies.
- Requirements Definition: Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
- Solution Design: Develop detailed specifications and high-level solution designs.
- Scope Management: Define and manage program scope, ensuring clear communication and agreement.
- Program Quality and Outcomes: Oversee program deliverables, ensuring alignment with specifications and business objectives.
- Communication: Responsible for daily client and program team communication.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in project management or client-related position in SaaS
- PMP certification (preferred)
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience working with executive-level customers, suppliers, and consultants
- Experienced user of SmartSheet, Excel, and SharePoint
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Jira (preferred)
- Exposure to the retail industry (a plus)
