A Customer Success Manager is responsible for success through leadership, orchestration of a large virtual team, management of program deliveries, and strong senior customer relationships. The priority is the customers’ successful adoption and productive use of IFS products and services, helping customers discover new features.
The Success Manager drives customer satisfaction and loyalty through strong relationships, leveraging business outcomes by value realization, and supporting their digital journey.
- Delivery project experience in customer-facing roles
- Industry depth and experience in Manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity and perspective on industry-related trends, operating KPIs, and value drivers
- Strong acumen on delivery methodology and delivery service offerings
- Focused on IFS end-customer experience with products and services.
- Highlighting and actioning delivery-related risk at IFS’s end-customers.
- Ability to lead through influence and trust.
- Knowledge of the Business Value Assessment (BVA) tools.
- Ability to develop Value Metrics and measure the outcome of the Success program.
- Understanding of subscription services and able to support renewal process.
- Leading executive steering committee meetings with customers.
- Driven to secure IFS references and regular reporting through the VOC process.
- Communication and collaboration with Sales on upsell opportunities.
- Communication with Global Delivery SLT on potential escalations.
- Fluency in English and local language.
- Ability to navigate within IFS departments.
- Passion for creating strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Active listening, strong interpersonal communications, and relationship building.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in building relationships with executives.
- Domain knowledge of IFS Applications.
