Full-Time Senior OCM Consultant

This role is required 2 days per week in San Diego, CA, Orlando, FL, or Montreal, Canada.

About the Role: Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant part of ServiceNow Impact.

Responsibilities:

• OCM subject matter expert; proven strategies, change leadership
• Conduct change readiness assessments
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans
• Execute strategies for smooth transitions
• Advise leaders, develop change materials, communication plans
• Present OCM accelerator offerings
• Prepare client-facing deliverables
• Act as OCM Subject Matter Expert
• Engage with customers, manage requests
• Conduct change readiness assessments
• Develop change management strategies
• Design and execute communications & training plans
• Lead stakeholder alignment workshops
• Recommend platform solutions
• Advise leaders on best practices
• Drive continuous improvements
• Develop relationships with cross-functional teams
• Mentor team members, conduct peer reviews

Compensation: $147,300 - $223,000 base + equity, variable/incentive, benefits
