What’s the role?As a Dynatrace Solution Engineer, you will be a key member of the Dynatrace sales engine and will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to the sales team. You will be the expert on Dynatrace and all facets of Advanced Observability. Within this exciting role, you will execute great demos, manage POCs (on-site and remote), build customer relationships, and complete RFIs/RFPs. You will also work with Dynatrace’s innovation labs, Expert Services, CSMs, and marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Evangelize Dynatrace products at trade shows and customer meetings.
- Partner with sales to identify new and incremental sales opportunities.
- Participate in POC creation and cloud architecture discussions.
- Present Dynatrace's vision to C-suite executives.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Deliver on-stage demonstrations at industry events.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to Product Management.
- Build best practices and share knowledge to improve team capabilities.
- Identify learning opportunities for personal and team development.
- Create and modify presentations to cater to specific customer needs.
- Support partners and be a technical point of contact for them.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in observability.
- Experience with containers.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Programming/scripting experience (Java, .NET, PHP, Go, Node.js, database experience).
- Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux).
- DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with modern technologies (containers, Kubernetes, Serverless, CI/CD).
- Automation experience (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform).
Compensation:
$106,000 - $133,000 per year
