As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you'll significantly impact our success by supporting Sales. You'll drive revenue for one of our products with the support of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This hands-on technical consultant will deliver and position solutions during sales cycles.
What you'll do:
- Act as a technical consultant to develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles, achieving quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team.
- Lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and demonstrate our solution.
- Develop client partner relationships and guide strategic programs in top accounts.
- Provide feedback to product management for product enhancements to meet customer needs and add value.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants.
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events (briefings, conferences, user groups, trade shows).
What you'll need:
- 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in the specified product area.
- ServiceNow platform proficiency or cloud software expertise.
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Strong territory management skills (pipeline building and working with Sales).
- Willingness to travel (as needed).
