As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will significantly impact our future success by supporting State and Local Solution Sales.
You will guide revenue for one of our products, with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.
This is a hands-on technical consultant capable of extensive solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team pursuing customers across various industry markets.
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges and provide product demonstrations aligning solutions with customer needs.
- Develop client partner relationships.
- Guide strategic programs in top accounts, including customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreements.
- Provide feedback to product management on product enhancements addressing customer needs and adding value.
- Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance team quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Public Sector/State and Local experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterparts to promote execution excellence.
- Travel, as necessary
Compensation: $149,250 - $246,300 base pay, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
