The Solution Sales Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's Customer and Industry Workflow (CiWF) Healthcare solutions and related products. ServiceNow’s out-of-the-box products are built on our market leading Service Management platform and create a single source of truth that allows enterprise processes to execute with uniform information.
What you get to do in this role:
- Influence territory strategy and drive the solution value proposition for customer experience (CX), operations, medical device management, and finance and supply chain.
- Participate in defining and executing territory and account strategy with a focus on healthcare use cases and buyer personas.
- Establish solid partnerships with Account and Extended Teams while delivering independent value.
- Collaborate on development and execution of strategy by partnering with account team, customers, and partners.
- Ensure recommendations for territory strategy and account planning are aligned with Now Value principles.
- Engage customers to help them envision the value of digital transformation.
- Interlock and align with the Account SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap providing feedback and agreement on account or territory engagement models.
- Coach AEs, SDRs, GPC with foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities and manage sales cycles.
- Manage allocation and prioritization of responsibilities.
- Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment.
To be successful in this role you have:
- 5+ years of success selling to healthcare accounts.
- 7+ years of successful experience in Enterprise Software Sales.
- Collaborative team player with ability to operate in a cross-functional (matrixed) selling environment.
Travel required: 30-50%.
Compensation: $117,850 - $194,450 base pay, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
