Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle all renewal contracts and subscription updates for assigned accounts.
  • Drive upselling and additional business to existing customers (including multi-year contract proposals).
  • Collaborate with sales managers, inside sales, channel partners, and end-users to proactively drive renewals before contract expiry.
  • Prepare renewal and upsell proposals.
  • Submit accurate and timely forecasts.
  • Follow up on orders and verify existing customer data (including collaboration with other departments).
  • Drive process and system improvements, and implement best practices.
  • Stay updated on product roadmaps, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years of sales experience (renewal sales, inside sales, or channel sales).
  • Strong forecasting skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing needs.
  • Ability to quickly build productive relationships.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Management of multiple projects and timely renewals (including proposal creation).

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in enterprise sales.
  • Technical background, experience in security or IT industry.
  • Business level English.
