Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all maintenance contracts and subscription renewals for assigned accounts.
- Drive upselling and new business opportunities with existing customers (including multi-year contract proposals).
- Collaborate with sales managers, inside sales, channel partners, and end-users to proactively drive renewals before contract expiry.
- Prepare quotes for renewals and upsells.
- Submit accurate and timely forecasting.
- Follow up on order processing and verify existing customer data (including collaboration with other departments).
- Drive process and system improvements, and promote best practices.
- Stay updated on product roadmaps, industry changes, and competitive trends.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience (renewal sales, inside sales, or channel sales).
- Strong sales forecasting skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing needs.
- Strong ability to build productive relationships quickly.
- Salesforce.com experience.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and handling rapid renewals (including quote creation).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enterprise sales experience.
- Technical background, experience in the security and/or IT industry.
- Business-level English proficiency.
