Overview
In this role, you will be part of an elite group of Technical Program Managers driving programs across LivePerson’s Global Product and Technology Unit, focusing on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). You will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution from concept to launch and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end product lifecycle (ideation, roadmap, development, launch, enhancements).
- Define and implement best practices in Product Lifecycle Management.
- Interact with cross-functional stakeholders, requiring strategic alignment and political sensitivity.
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Create and maintain program timelines, communicating program health.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment, ensuring understanding of objectives, timelines, and dependencies.
- Present issues and risks to leadership, offering strategic recommendations.
- Work closely with engineering, product, operations, sales, and customer success teams for seamless launches and iterations.
- Challenge organizational processes for value delivery, proposing improvements to PLM workflows.
- Establish and implement processes for team collaboration, transparency, and innovation.
- Track adherence to schedules and ensure cross-functional teams meet targets.
- Work with remote, globally distributed teams.
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in technical program/project management, focusing on Product Lifecycle Management, Lean Portfolio Management, and Product Delivery.
- Proven experience leading cross-team PLM programs (defining projects, gathering requirements, coordinating rollouts).
- Expertise in product lifecycle best practices (roadmap execution, compliance, optimization).
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or similar methodologies.
- Experience analyzing cost/benefit of feature development and managing trade-offs.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-driven product development (a plus).
- Strong customer-centric mindset.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Passion for building high-quality products, improving PLM efficiency, and ensuring seamless product execution.
