Account Director is responsible for leading the overall relationship with clients to ensure client value is realized.
This role is accountable for driving retention and growth of Press Ganey's suite of solutions focused on health systems and providers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the relationship manager for the client, responsible for retention of existing client revenue.
- Lead client value strategy, navigating the C-suite and other business leaders.
- Identify sales opportunities and partner with the sales team on client growth.
- Meet regularly with the C-Suite for ongoing Executive Briefings.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of client and develop recommendations based on their needs and usage patterns.
- Work cross-functionally across Press Ganey.
- Provide market insights and strategic advice.
- Understand client Partnership Dashboard and implement plans to address concerns.
- Up to 50% work travel.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of account management and quota-carrying sales experience.
- Understanding of healthcare is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of strategic planning, execution, business development, and sales.
- Solid leadership qualities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Flexible work hours (8AM ET to 5PM ET), including weekends and holidays.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
