Summary of Position: Seeking an experienced Account Executive to join the Home Services vertical.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals.
- Track progress and adjust strategies.
- Participate in Sales Team Meetings.
- Contribute insights and discuss challenges.
- Share achievements and best practices.
- Establish sales goals.
- Develop and refine strategies for target markets.
- Conduct research on potential clients and target markets.
- Generate high-quality leads.
- Engage clients through multiple channels.
- Build rapport and understand client needs.
- Craft tailored quotes and proposals.
- Ensure clear, professional, and branded documentation.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Track interactions and monitor pipeline status.
- Maintain the CRM database and update client information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with a focus on home services.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with CRM databases such as Salesforce.
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 + benefits.
