Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and securing qualified sales opportunities.
- Owning the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract review.
- Conducting consultative meetings with stakeholders up to C-suite level.
- Developing account strategies to maximize sales volume.
- Conducting deep discovery into client needs.
- Negotiating terms, renewals, and expansions.
- Providing monthly forecasts and updating Hubspot.
- Leveraging cross-functional teams.
- Securing legal documents (MSAs).
- Maintaining customer relationships and resolving issues.
- Updating and improving CRM (Hubspot).
- Participating in marketing events.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years winning new business in technology, with strong Web3 experience.
- Experience selling technology services to blockchain, crypto, or cybersecurity customers (preferred).
- Proven ability to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Understanding of retailer marketing challenges.
- Strong forecast accuracy and sales hygiene skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience selling to senior leaders.
- Organizational agility and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn technical aspects of blockchain and cybersecurity.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
