Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and securing qualified sales opportunities.
  • Owning the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract review.
  • Conducting consultative meetings with stakeholders up to C-suite level.
  • Developing account strategies to maximize sales volume.
  • Conducting deep discovery into client needs.
  • Negotiating terms, renewals, and expansions.
  • Providing monthly forecasts and updating Hubspot.
  • Leveraging cross-functional teams.
  • Securing legal documents (MSAs).
  • Maintaining customer relationships and resolving issues.
  • Updating and improving CRM (Hubspot).
  • Participating in marketing events.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years winning new business in technology, with strong Web3 experience.
  • Experience selling technology services to blockchain, crypto, or cybersecurity customers (preferred).
  • Proven ability to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Understanding of retailer marketing challenges.
  • Strong forecast accuracy and sales hygiene skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling to senior leaders.
  • Organizational agility and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to learn technical aspects of blockchain and cybersecurity.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
