Job Details
Account Executive will find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. Directly responsible for preserving and expanding the customer base.
Ideal Candidate: Experienced in sales and customer service, reliable, and results-driven, with a customer-centric approach. Goal is to identify opportunities, build long-term profitable relationships with prospects and new clients.
- Create detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
- Unearth new sales opportunities via networking and prospecting methods
- Present products to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to customer satisfaction
- Negotiate agreements and maintain sales records
- Adhere to organizational information security and regulatory compliance requirements
Environment/Conditions: Fully remote, occasional site visits, full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour core office hours, some nights and weekends potentially required based on projects, on-site client visits as needed.
Requirements/Competencies:
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Account Executive, or similar role
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) preferred
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and relationship-building ability
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong business acumen
- Enthusiastic and passionate
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven track record of successful sales in the SaaS-related field
- Preferred experience working within the Healthcare field with Healthcare clients/customers

Compensation: Annual base salary upwards of $100,000 plus commissions.
