Job Details

Account Executive will drive revenue growth by prospecting and generating new business for Shiji PMS and Infrasys in the Mexico market.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect and generate qualified leads through research, outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn), and networking.
  • Maintain knowledge of Shiji PMS and Infrasys solutions to effectively identify and engage potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify target customers and prospects.
  • Assess and qualify inbound leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to design and implement strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance, implementation, and customer support).
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Represent Shiji at industry events.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • B2B Technology/SaaS Sales experience (hotel or hospitality software preferred)
  • Experience presenting to C-level customers
  • Proficient in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
