In this revenue-generating role, you’ll help us scale our client base while owning the entire sales process from lead generation through contract close. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in creating connections, building rapport with decision-makers, and exceeding quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly revenue quotas
- Run web-based product demonstrations to potential customers via screen share
- Partner with potential customers to understand their challenges and present how Service Autopilot can solve them
- Conduct outbound sales efforts (e.g., prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, networking)
- Forecast revenue in weekly pipeline reviews
- Follow and document Sales Processes
- Use Salesforce per outlined processes for all activity and interactions
- Become an expert on the Service Autopilot product and field services industry
- Supplement existing pipeline with additional self-generating efforts
Experience and Skills:
- Experience selling software via web/phone
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota
- Ability to learn new products quickly
- Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
- Willingness to support teammates and utilize internal resources
- High level of empathy for customers and coworkers
- Honest and genuine approach to helping potential customers
- Ability to articulate product value proposition
- Tenacious work ethic and desire to be a top performer
- Willingness to perform Outbound and Inbound Sales (including cold calling, email campaigns)
- Willingness to be coached
