We’re a seed-stage startup focused on a scalable, repeatable B2B sales playbook. We’re investing heavily in inbound and outbound marketing for top-of-funnel growth. We need a high-performing Account Executive to drive sales and play a pivotal role in building our future.
As an Account Executive at hampr, you’ll own your pipeline, close deals, and build client relationships with support from our CEO. This role requires grit, ambition, and proactive pipeline management. You’ll shape individual deals and our broader B2B strategy, contributing to a sales playbook for rapid scale. Your customer insights will refine our value proposition and influence marketing, product, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Closing: Manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify, negotiate, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Pipeline Ownership: Track, manage, and grow a personal pipeline exceeding monthly quotas.
- Outbound Engagement: Connect with potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate on refining our B2B playbook and optimize our approach.
- Customer Relationships: Build and sustain strong, trust-based client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CEO, marketing, and product teams to inform and enhance our growth strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B Sales: 2-3 years in B2B sales, meeting or exceeding quotas, ideally in a startup or fast-growth environment.
- Drive & Motivation: Proactive, self-starting attitude, strong drive to close deals and surpass targets.
- Communication Skills: Craft compelling messages, establish rapport, and communicate persuasively.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Uncover client pain points and deliver valuable solutions.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Navigate a startup environment focused on growth and continuous improvement.
