Ideal Candidate Profile: Resides in the Central Time Zone.
Account Executive IV Responsibilities: Achieve sales quota; deliver digital & analog marketing, payments, deposit & loan acquisition solutions to existing Vericast bank and credit union clients.
Account Management: Develop account plans, set solution sales objectives, identify & qualify new opportunities, partner with internal strategists, SMEs, and business analysts to exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build close relationships, understand business drivers, and industry trends; secure buy-in for solutions at all organizational levels.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage multiple complex sales cycles ($250k-$500k average opportunity value).
- Manage multiple accounts, seek new opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and generate incremental business.
- Prospect within assigned territory, identify & qualify new opportunities, lead discovery, demonstrate solutions to prospective clients.
- Consult with clients on business issues and marketing program design.
- Partner with Strategists & SMEs, develop insightful proposals and strategic sales presentations; execute project specifications and deliver quality results to clients.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects (50% expected travel).
Education: Bachelor's degree (required); Advanced degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).
Experience: 10+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with consistent over-performance; experience with multi-channel marketing disciplines; recent solutions sales experience in a bank, credit union, fintech, SaaS, consulting or financial services company (marketing discipline preferred); 1-3 years experience in Marketing, Media, Advertising.
Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication (written & verbal), interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels; ability and willingness to travel; ability to interpret market needs; adapt to change (market, products, internal initiatives); deliver impactful presentations; high Emotional (EQ) and Cognitive (IQ) Intelligence; strong solution selling and targeting skills; innovative, analytical, and strategic thinking; manage client expectations; proficient in problem resolution, overcoming objections, initiative, conceptual selling, presentation delivery, negotiation, innovation, managing multiple priorities.
Compensation: $116,000 - $142,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
