Develop and execute sales strategies collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales Development, peers, and the Sales Manager.
Control the entire Deal-Life-Cycle from qualification and validation until closing.
Analyze customer needs to identify and understand requirements, and optimize product.
Provide a great customer experience, ensuring a smooth handover to Customer Success.
Represent the Doctoralia brand and values.
Proven track record of 2+ years of sales experience in full cycle.
Deliver critical early sales - calling, pitching, negotiating, follow-ups - with empathy and active listening skills to understand customer needs.
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including product teams.
Embrace change with a startup mindset.
Follow sales processes with attention to detail.
Proactive, independent, and a team player capable of prioritizing tasks and providing/receiving constructive feedback.
Results-oriented. Love closing sales!
Fluent in written and spoken Spanish, B2 English preferred.
CRM knowledge is essential.
