Key Responsibilities
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with C-suite executives and global stakeholders for enterprise-wide ITSM and EX transformation strategies.
- Craft tailored proposals leveraging expertise in EX workforce transformation and enterprise ITSM solutions.
- Lead and execute complex RFP processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design & deliver customized solutions.
- Navigate complex organizational structures for aligning global teams and securing buy-in from decision-makers.
- Manage a high-value pipeline with long sales cycles.
Experience
8–10+ years in enterprise sales, closing large, complex deals, and driving value for global organizations.
Expertise
- SaaS architecture and its strategic role in enterprise transformation.
- Selling enterprise-wide ITSM solutions optimizing organizational processes.
