Job Details
Role: Engage clients, manage bids and support VPs of Sales to win RFPs in the traditional market research space.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the bidding process, assess project costs and feasibility and follow up on bid outcomes.
- Develop and deepen client relationships to achieve revenue, profitability and sales growth targets.
- Manage contracts, identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and network within client contacts for new business.
- Organize client/internal kick-off calls, prepare proposals and consult on sample design and research approach.
- Act as liaison between Sales, Project Managers and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and quality delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years professional market research experience; healthcare market research is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, time management and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, problem-solve and work across time zones (may include early IST hours).
