Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and technically fluent Enterprise Data & Analytics Solution Sales Specialist to drive pipeline, revenue, and platform adoption for data, analytics, and AI solutions across complex Commercial US Central accounts. The role combines business strategy, data architecture, and enterprise selling and requires cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution leadership: Own strategy for enterprise data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, and data governance across assigned accounts or region.
- Multi-matrix orchestration: Coordinate and influence Field Sales, Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Product, Data Science, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Partners.
- Executive engagement: Lead C-level conversations on enterprise data strategy, modernization, governance, trust, AI-readiness, and operating model evolution.
- Deal shaping & pipeline: Identify high-impact use cases, map value to KPIs, align architecture and solution scope, and defend commercial position.
- Field enablement: Provide product feedback, develop solution plays and enablement materials, and support training for AEs and Solution Engineers.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years in enterprise software solution sales, consulting, or data/analytics technology roles.
- Proven success selling or consulting on data platforms or enterprise data transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of data platforms, warehousing, data lakes, streaming, governance, and advanced analytics.
- Experience operating across multi-matrix teams and strong executive communication and business storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, or similar enterprise data platforms.
- Hands-on exposure to data governance, interoperability, and integration strategies.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, predictive analytics, and GenAI enablement within data ecosystems.
Compensation Base pay range: $123,300 - $203,450 plus equity, variable/incentive compensation and benefits; OTE for sales roles varies by location and experience.
