Full-Time Clinical Sales Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive utilization of the da Vinci system by providing clinical and system support during OR cases in assigned territory.
• Provide on-site system training and in-service education for surgeons and surgical team members.
• Integrate the da Vinci at new customer sites by implementing robotic programs to ensure ongoing commitment (e.g., Genesis).
• Support symposiums, exhibitions and market development events.
• Mentor and onboard new clinical hires and provide ongoing clinical support to key accounts.
• Manage administrative tasks including instrument delivery, billing and invoice delivery to hospitals and reconciliation with Accounting.
• Partner with capital and sales teams to resolve contract and service issues and develop local sales plans.
• Develop clinical plans to enable surgical teams to use the system independently within a reasonable timeframe and drive sales of instruments and accessories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience to clinics or hospitals; medical device or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Life sciences background, operating room knowledge or clinical foundation preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.
• Ability to travel up to 50% depending on account distribution.
