Full-Time Sales Professional - Northern Ontario

Role: Identify new sales opportunities and grow the customer base within Northern Ontario through acquisition and organic growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell customs brokerage, consulting and freight forwarding services to prospective and existing customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships and coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Cold calling, complete RFP/RFQ requests and accurately track leads, opportunities and customer interactions in SugarCRM.
• Work with parent company on mutual sales programs and travel within a large Northern Ontario territory for customer meetings and tradeshows (overnight travel required).
• Achieve agreed quarterly and annual sales targets and pursue continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years sales experience within customs brokerage and global logistics.
• Bachelor's or college degree preferred; CCS/CTCS designation preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Familiarity with the Challenger Sales methodology; experience with ITMR4 preferred; proficiency with SugarCRM, Google platforms and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
