Overview: The Sr CRM Solution Consultant is a senior pre-sales technical expert who accelerates U.S. revenue by supporting CRM, CPQ, and digital commerce solution sales. You will act as a hands-on technical consultant and strategic advisor across the pre-sales cycle, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to craft customer-centric solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Support sales as a technical and domain expert across CRM, CPQ, and automation platforms.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops to uncover customer challenges and use cases.
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight business value.
- Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers.
- Provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering and share best practices with the Solution Consulting team.
- Represent the company at workshops, briefings, and conferences and stay current on market trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years in pre-sales solution consulting, sales engineering, or similar roles.
- Deep expertise in CRM and CPQ technologies (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Adobe, Shopify).
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, middleware, cloud-native architecture and web technologies (JavaScript, JSON).
- Proven experience conducting technical discovery, designing customer-focused solutions, and presenting to technical and business audiences.
- Experience integrating or applying AI to workflows or decision-making; cloud platform certifications (e.g., ServiceNow) are a plus.
Work environment: Remote-first, collaborative, and fast-paced; ability to engage executive stakeholders and operate independently.
